Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. The eye break ophthalmologists keep prescribing, with Sunny keeping watch.
This timer runs a simple cycle: 20 minutes of screen time, then 20 seconds of far gaze. In the app, Look Far Away wraps the same idea in a proper pause — dimmed screen, unhurried length, and a place in your history.

How to use it
- Start it at the beginning of a screen session and leave the tab open
- When it says look far away: window, corridor, hill — anything roughly 6 metres off
- Blink freely; the goal is letting the near-focus muscles let go
Keep the tab focused for reliable timing — browsers slow background tabs. The app's version doesn't have that limit, because it runs as a proper reminder.
