Focused Mantra
One warm sentence stays on screen while everything else fades. The default is I am enough, exactly as I am, right now — you can keep it, edit it, or write your own and save it to your collection.
In the app
Two minutes, one sentence, and the softest screen the app can make:
- Choose your sentence — yours or the default
- Hold it in view and let the rest of the day go unfollowed
- The pause ends on your mark; the sentence stays yours to reuse
When to reach for it
- When meditation apps feel like another class you're late for
- At the start of a hard task, as a hand on your own shoulder
- When you want the quiet of a mantra without anyone chanting it at you
The honest part
Mantra repetition has real research behind it in stress and mood contexts — it works best when the words are yours, chosen rather than assigned. That's why the edit button is more prominent than the library.
